At CJ Detailers, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile car detailing services and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with the service provided.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, CJ Detailers does not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

By booking and accepting our services, customers acknowledge and agree that payment is for the time, labour, products, and professional service provided.

2. Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A touch-up

  • A re-clean of the affected area

  • A reasonable resolution at our discretion

3. Service Expectations

While we aim for the highest standard possible, some stains, marks, scratches, odours, or imperfections may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.

Results may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle age

  • Interior/exterior condition

  • Previous damage

  • Material wear

4. Deposits & Cancellations

Any deposits paid for bookings may be non-refundable if:

  • The customer cancels at short notice

  • The appointment is missed without notice

  • Access to the vehicle is unavailable upon arrival

5. Refusal of Service

CJ Detailers reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The vehicle condition presents a health or safety risk

  • There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour

In such cases, refunds will not be provided for work already completed.
