1. Services

CJ Detailers provides mobile car valeting and detailing services across North Wales and Chester. Services include exterior cleaning, interior detailing, full valets, ceramic coatings, and other vehicle care services as listed on our website or social media.

2. Bookings

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, social media, or direct message.

We ask customers to provide accurate information regarding:

  • Vehicle condition

  • Vehicle size/type

  • Service location

  • Requested service

Failure to provide accurate details may result in pricing adjustments.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance.

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Other agreed payment methods

Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and additional requirements.

4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

CJ Detailers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Circumstances beyond our control

5. Vehicle Condition

Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on at the time of the appointment.

CJ Detailers is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Loose trim, badges, or fittings

  • Electrical or mechanical faults

  • Damage caused by previously weakened surfaces

Any concerns should be discussed before work begins.

6. Satisfaction

We aim to provide high-quality professional results. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue fairly.

7. Photography & Marketing

CJ Detailers may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for promotional purposes on social media and our website unless the customer requests otherwise.

Registration plates or personal information will not intentionally be displayed without permission.

8. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution, CJ Detailers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays outside our control

  • Losses caused by inaccurate customer information

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9. Changes to Terms

CJ Detailers reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
